Our Valve Product

Fairbanks Zytech designs and manufactures an extensive product line of high-quality industrial valves to satisfy the demanding requirements of industry professionals and ensure the seamless operation of the critical applications they service.

Full & Reduced Port Valves

Our Full and Reduced Port Valves are engineered to deliver optimal flow control solutions for a wide range of industrial applications. Designed for durability and precision, these valves are ideal for use in pipelines where fluid control, efficiency, and system integrity are critical.

Full Port Valves, also known as full bore valves, provide unrestricted flow by maintaining the same internal diameter as the pipeline. This design minimizes pressure drop and eliminates flow resistance, making them ideal for processes that require maximum flow capacity and minimal turbulence, such as slurry or high-viscosity media.

Reduced Port Valves, on the other hand, feature a smaller internal diameter compared to the pipeline. These valves are cost-effective and compact, and they are suitable for systems where a slight pressure drop is acceptable. Reduced port designs help control flow rates more precisely and are commonly used in gas and low-pressure applications.

Both valve types are manufactured using high-quality materials, ensuring long service life and resistance to corrosion and extreme conditions. With strict adherence to international standards, our valves are tested and certified for performance, safety, and reliability. Choose from various sizes, materials, and configurations to meet your specific operational needs.

Gate, Globe & Check Valves

Our Gate, Globe, and Check Valves are essential components in fluid control systems, engineered for high performance, durability, and reliability in demanding industrial environments.

Gate Valves are primarily designed for on/off service. Featuring a straight-through unobstructed passage, they offer minimal pressure drop and are ideal for applications requiring full open or full close operation. Their robust design makes them suitable for a variety of media, including water, oil, gas, and steam.

Globe Valves are used for precise flow regulation. With a linear motion disk and seat design, they provide excellent throttling capabilities, making them ideal for applications that require accurate flow control and frequent operation. Globe valves are commonly used in chemical, power generation, and process industries.

Check Valves allow flow in one direction and automatically prevent backflow, protecting equipment and piping systems from damage. They are ideal for pump and compressor discharge lines, ensuring system efficiency and integrity.

All our valves are manufactured using high-grade materials and advanced technologies to meet international standards. Available in a wide range of sizes, pressure classes, and materials, our Gate, Globe, and Check Valves are tested for performance, safety, and long-term reliability across diverse industrial applications.

Butterfly Valves

Our Butterfly Valves offer a compact, lightweight, and cost-effective solution for flow regulation and shutoff in a wide range of industrial systems. Designed with a quarter-turn operation, these valves allow quick and reliable control of liquids, gases, and slurries.

The disc, mounted on a central shaft, rotates to open or close the valve, providing excellent throttling capabilities with minimal pressure drop. Available in concentric and eccentric (high-performance) designs, our butterfly valves are suitable for both low-pressure and high-pressure applications.

With options in wafer, lug, and double-flanged body types, our valves are engineered to meet various installation needs. All components are manufactured from high-quality materials such as stainless steel, ductile iron, and exotic alloys, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

Ideal for water treatment, HVAC, chemical, and power industries, our butterfly valves are tested to meet international performance and safety standards.

Pneumatic & Electric Actuation

Our Pneumatic and Electric Actuation systems are designed to automate valve operations with precision, reliability, and efficiency across a wide range of industrial processes. These actuators offer seamless integration with control systems, improving operational safety, consistency, and responsiveness.

Pneumatic Actuators use compressed air to operate valves, providing fast and powerful actuation suitable for high-cycle and hazardous environments. They are ideal for applications that demand fail-safe features, such as spring-return mechanisms, ensuring valves automatically return to a safe position during power loss or system failure.

Electric Actuators convert electrical energy into mechanical motion, offering precise control, ease of integration, and low maintenance requirements. These actuators are perfect for remote and automated operations where accurate positioning and feedback are essential, such as in water treatment, energy, and process industries.

Both actuator types are compatible with various valve types including ball, butterfly, and plug valves. Available in a range of torque outputs, enclosures, and control options (on/off, modulating, smart), our actuation solutions are built to meet international standards and harsh industrial conditions.

Maximize your system’s performance with our robust and customizable actuation solutions tailored to your specific automation needs.
